Vendor Registration Requirements

Upon submission you will receive a confirmation email from DocuSign. Keep that for your records. If your form does not follow the requirements, an email notification will be sent to you.

Please allow 10 business days for a vendor number to be assigned. Questions regarding payments should be referred to the State of Nevada agency you are doing business with.
